Melinda has been working with dogsand their families for many years and has studied dog obedience,dog behavior and body language.Her training technique is based on thepraise/reward/positive reinforcement method with the belief that we, as petowners, be good leaders for our dogs.  She enjoys teaching basic obedience, puppy socialization, AKC CGC, tricks, clicker training, single or multiple dog families, teaching the whole family-children included- techniques to aid in dog manners and dog behavioral issues. She strongly believes that obedience training makes the dog a better, happier companion. Obedience is not about how to control your dog but rather about you training your dog to learn his ABC's, learn his position in the pack and to respect, not fear, the Alpha which is you.
